First shown at the Geneva Motor Show in 1970, the Citroën SM was produced from 1970 to 1975 and is
now regarded as one of the absolute style icons of automotive history. With a favourable drag coefficient of
0.33 - almost unbelievable for those times - the vehicle offered proof that aerodynamically favourable vehicle
design need not necessarily result in uniform design ideas. The SM was fitted with a V6 engine developed
by Maserati but did not prove to be a financial success for Citroen and production was swiftly ended after
the takeover by the PSA-Group. Several very interesting special models based on the Citroën SM have also
been produced over the years, such as the Cabriolet Mylord from Chapron, the Presidentielle presentation
vehicle and a shooting-brake version, which underlies the small series model of the Schuco ProR18 series.

Warning: Collectors model. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
